Memorial Health in Jacksonville, IL seeks a licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in OT, CPR certification, and strong teamwork with medical staff.

This full-time days position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Prior clinical experience is preferred, with opportunities for CEU and growth within Memorial Health.

Qualifications

• Illinois-licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current CPR card.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate occupational therapy services to patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to coordinate care.
