San Antonio Regional Hospital in California is seeking a nurse leader for maternal/child care to guide the nursing process, supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
The role requires a current California RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, NRP within 3 months, and a fetal monitoring course within 6 months of hire. Excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment; and manage/prioritize/delegate patient care, and complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned.
Current nursing license, state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card required by effective date of hire/start date. ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer into the unit; NRP within 3 months of hire/transfer; fetal monitoring course within 6 months of hire/transfer into the unit.
