Job summary

Bay Path Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Duxbury, MA is seeking Staff Nurses (RN) to join our compassionate team. Part-time 7a-3p and per-diem shifts with shift differentials and free parking are available in a 5-star facility.

You will administer meds, complete assessments, develop and monitor care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality resident care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered RN Massachusetts license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds and complete resident assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute and monitor care plans.
• Maintain resident safety and follow regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
