The Job Stuff

• Location: 5373 Merton Drive, Mason, OH 45040
• Status: Part Time
• Schedule: Evenings 7:00pm - 11:00pm (3-4 shifts per week on rotation)
• Pay: LPN starting at $29/HR, based on licensure; RN starting at $33/HR, based on licensure

Responsibilities

• Institutes appropriate nursing interventions to assist with residents’ conditions and prevent complications.
• Performs resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status, implementing required interventions.
• Responds to resident and family concerns, ensuring documentation and resolution.
• Coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
• Prepares, administers, and documents medications.
• Ensures communication of shift reports and resident status updates.
• Consults with licensed or registered nurses, physicians, or licensed independent practitioners.
• Clarifies orders or treatments believed to be inaccurate or contraindicated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Ohio Board of Nursing approved program.
• Active LPN or RN license in Ohio; CPR certified.
• Excellent bedside manner, organizational skills, and communication skills.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.
