Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.

• Respond to emergency calls promptly and appropriately.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Assist with resident assessments and quality assurance audits.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) OR Registered Nurse

Pay: $34–$48/hour + shift differentials

Schedule: Full-Time | 11p-7am shift

Position Overview

We are seeking LPNs to join a growing residential senior care community. This is a smaller, neighborhood-style environment made up of individual homes with approximately 10 residents per house, allowing for more personalized resident care.

Both newer and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply. Skilled nursing, memory care, or assisted living experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do
