Job summary

Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Quincy, MA seeks Staff Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate team. You will administer medications, perform assessments and coordinate with physicians to implement individualized care plans for residents.

The role offers part-time all shifts and per-diem opportunities with benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered LPN MA State License and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
