Natividad is accepting applications for a full-time permanent Staff Nurse III - Perinatal Nurse Educator in the Women's & Children's Division. The Educator leads educational initiatives across L&D, L&D OR, PACU, OB Triage, Maternal Infant, and Nursery to enhance patient care and staff competency.

Two years of RN experience in the hiring unit with circulating and OB scrub proficiency are highly valued; California RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and NRP are required or recommended as noted.

Qualifikationen

• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the California Board of Nursing or the ability to obtain prior to start.
• Possession of BLS, ACLS & NRP. STABLE certification is recommended.
• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the hiring unit with experience in circulating. Proficiency in AORN guidelines and OB Scrub competency is highly desired.

The Nurse Educator is responsible for educational needs in the Women's & Children's Division (including L&D, L&D OR, L&D PACU, OB Triage, Maternal Infant, and Nursery).

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Licensure:

Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the California Board of Nursing or the ability to obtain prior to start.

Required Certification:

Possession of BLS, ACLS & NRP. STABLE certification is recommended.

Experience
