Associates are eligible to apply for a transfer after completing one (1) year of service in their current position, with exceptions: associates with a written warning are not eligible for transfer/promotion until six (6) months after issuance; suspended associates are not eligible until one (1) year after suspension. The probationary period is four (4) months for full-time employees and six (6) months for part-time employees.
Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, development and documentation of nursing care and discharge plans, and administration of medications and interventions. Supervises nursing attendants and ancillary staff involved in patient care activities.
