Responsibilities

• Consult with the Director of Nursing Services for patient assessments and emergencies.
• Provide pregnancy tests.
• Schedule and perform patient limited obstetrical ultrasounds after training.
• Provide pregnancy counseling, education, referrals, and follow-up.
• Document clinical findings in patient records.
• Assist in inventory of medical supplies.
• Assist in testing and maintenance of disinfectant solutions.
• Maintain standard forms for medical services.
• Annual review of medical services policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Handle clinical administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

• Successfully completes training in the performance of limited diagnostic obstetrical ultrasounds if performing ultrasounds.

Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Director of Nursing Services, provide consultation with PRC staff/volunteers for patient assessments, questions, phone calls, or medical emergencies.
• Provide pregnancy tests.
• Schedule and provide patient Limited Obstetrical Ultrasounds upon completion of training.
• Provide patient pregnancy counseling, education, referrals, and follow-up contact as needed.
• Document clinical findings, observations, and medical care in patient record.
• Assists the Director of Nursing Services in the inventory of medical supplies.
• Assists the Director of Nursing Services in testing and maintenance of disinfectant solution.
• Maintains supplies of standard forms used for the provision of medical services.
• Annual review of medical services policies and procedures, infection control regulations, and safety procedures for all staff.
• Clinical administrative tasks, including but not limited to, day-to-day operations as well as more advanced clinical administrative assignments.
• Bi-annual review of CPR.
