Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in high-performance Linux systems or networking software with leadership.
• Strong background in HPC or large-scale distributed systems development.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and evolve scalable, reliable networking software for large-scale MPP systems.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging networking tech across OS, adapters, DPUs, and interconnects.
• Lead complex debugging and root-cause analysis of system-level customer issues.
• Define and execute research initiatives to validate new technologies and performance.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, and systems teams to prototype and productionize enhancements.
• Establish benchmarks and metrics for networking and interconnect innovations.
