Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced HPC Network Solutions Architect to design, integrate, and optimize high-performance networking for HPC, AI/ML, and data-intensive workloads. You'll engage with customers across the solution lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and optimization.

You will bridge InfiniBand, RoCE, EVPN, VXLAN with Ethernet fabrics, collaborating with internal teams and ecosystem vendors like NVIDIA, Mellanox, Cisco, and Arista to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HPC networking solution architecture or data center network engineering.
• Strong expertise in InfiniBand and RoCE deployment and tuning at scale.
• Hands-on design/implementation of large-scale Ethernet networks (BGP/OSPF/EVPN/VXLAN).
• Deep understanding of MPI/NCCL integration with HPC interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary networking SME for customers deploying HPC environments.
• Capture workload goals, scalability requirements, and integration constraints.
• Design end-to-end HPC network architectures (Ethernet, InfiniBand, RoCE, EVPN, VXLAN).
• Lead PoC and benchmarking to validate low-latency, high-throughput designs.
• Coordinate across compute, storage, orchestration, and security layers.
