Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to own the direction of a large-scale ML platform, guiding the development of advanced deep learning architectures and production deployments.

You will partner with leadership to define ML roadmaps, scale distributed training across GPUs and clouds, and mentor engineers to strengthen Reddit's AI capabilities across feeds, ranking, and content understanding.

Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale ML platforms and production ML systems.
• Strong background in modern deep learning architectures and recommender/personalization models.
• Proficiency in Python and C++, with cloud-based ML pipelines experience.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
