BetterHelp is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead scalable ML initiatives across our data platform, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to productionize models that power millions of users worldwide.

You will mentor junior engineers, shape ML platform strategy, and deliver end-to-end pipelines while working in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on impact and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning.
• Proven experience deploying and integrating ML models into production systems.
• Strong expertise in ML techniques including deep learning, neural networks, statistical modeling, tree-based methods, boosting, regression, and dimensionality reduction.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype and productionize scalable ML and optimization models.
• Develop frameworks, pipelines, libraries, utilities and tools that process massive data for ML tasks.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists to deploy their models into production.
• Build end-to-end reusable pipelines from data acquisition to model output delivery.
