Job summary

Mistplay, the #1 loyalty app for mobile gamers, seeks a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and optimization of our rewards economy. You will build and balance systems that entice users while keeping cost-effectiveness in mind, collaborating with Data and AI teams to push real-time predictive modeling.

You will prototype contextual bandits and RL frameworks to personalize rewards, translate model outputs into strategic insights for executives, and partner with Product, Analytics,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Data Science, ML, Quant, Econometrics, or advanced degree.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning and contextual bandits.
• Experience implementing ML models with Python and PyTorch, plus SQL-based data analysis.
• Fast, agile approach focused on core loop and economy design.
• Background in ad-tech or mobile gaming economics is a plus.
