Crucibl is building a high-velocity AI-first product platform for enterprise clients. You will design and implement the core ML reasoning, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and fine-tuning components that power our intelligence engine.

You will ship research-backed techniques to production, own experiments and data-driven iterations, and collaborate with founders on technical vision and roadmap. Hybrid work options are available, with a focus on delivering real client impact.

Qualifications

• Shipped ML-powered products end-to-end in production.
• Strong fundamentals in ML/AI; moved models from prototype to production.
• Experience building LLM-powered products, pipelines, or agentic systems in production.
• Comfortable with data, modeling, evaluation, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the reasoning and modeling components at the core of our intelligence engine.
• Turn promising techniques from research into production-grade systems.
• Own the full loop: experiment, measure, ship, iterate on real client data.
• Build and improve the models and pipelines powering judgment at scale for enterprise clients.
