Job summary

Coupang is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to drive end-to-end ML methods across our Growth platforms. You will design and deploy machine learning solutions to boost customer engagement, wallet share, and ROAS, collaborating with multiple Growth Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a closely related field.
• 8 years working experience in the engineering teams that build large-scale ML-driven user-facing products.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining highly available, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Engineering and machine learning methods that have a high degree of ambiguity, scale and complexity.
• Build machine learning models, perform proof-of-concept, experiment, optimize and deploy models into production.
• Establish scalable, automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation and serving.
• Present results and explain methods to the leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers on the team and partner teams to uplevel ML talent across the company.
