Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Staff Mixed Signal Design Engineer with high-speed analog CMOS experience to drive IC development of new products. You will collaborate across teams to evolve industrial portfolio segments and work on system-level designs on chiplets using fine-line CMOS processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in system design/architecture with RF or high-speed CMOS and strong communication skills to present concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a BSEE with strong background in high-speed analog and mixed-signal design.
• Preferred MSEE with hands-on experience in IC development and integration.
• Experience with FinFET or fine-line planar CMOS processes and RF/high-speed CMOS design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems with high performance and reliability.
• Design wireline transmitters and receivers.
• Develop mixed‑mode DFE designs.
• Design and implement clock & data recovery circuits.
• Collaborate on and refine VCO/PLL designs.
• Apply expertise in wireline equalization (analog & digital).
• Design custom high‑speed digital circuits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate designs into larger systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Present design concepts and results to stakeholders.
