Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a senior CMOS design engineer to develop our most advanced converters. You will work with a capable team to implement circuit blocks, evaluate trade-offs, and design transistor‑level circuits.

The candidate should have an MS or higher in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in CMOS design. Knowledge of high‑speed data converters, SerDes PHY, Cadence, SPICE, and MATLAB is a strong plus. This role offers a hybrid work model and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• MS or beyond in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of CMOS design experience.
• Experience with high-speed data converters or SerDes PHY is a strong plus.
• Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation tools.
• Signal processing knowledge, calibration algorithms a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of designers to implement key circuit blocks within a defined architecture.
• Assess system-level impacts of block parameters and make trade-offs as needed.
• Design challenging transistor-level circuits.
• Prepare design documents and conduct design reviews.
• Guide layout, evaluation, and test engineering teams.
