Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Mission Assurance Engineer for our Rocket Center, WV site. The role leads quality activities for the Missile Products team, coordinating with Operations, PM, customers and government agencies to ensure readiness and compliance for program hardware.

The Staff Mission Assurance Engineer will provide leadership to our Missile Products team at our Rocket Center, WV location. This position acts as a quality liaison for Operations, Program Management, customers, government agencies, and various other functions.
This position will be on‑site at our Rocket Center, WV location. No remote work opportunities for this role.
Primary Level Salary Range: $152,900.00–$229,300.00. The above range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for long‑term incentives.
