Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-4 years' experience in a residential setting, including MH-IDD experience.
• Must be an agency driver or become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide additional support to staff and leadership within the program.
• Assist in training new staff and in implementing trauma informed principles and practices, including staff debriefing.
• Assist leadership in monitoring staff morale and in implementing necessary trainings, meetings and practices within the program.
