This position will lead the Technical Hardware team for a hypersonic vehicle. The Technical Hardware team consists of mechanical, structural, aerothermal, materials, electrical, and radio frequency communication disciplines. The Technical Hardware Lead will be responsible for working with the PM to execute the schedule, to meet cost, and to meet technical requirements. Be responsible for identifying, distributing, and status tasking and will support the PM in developing schedule and tasking. The Technical Hardware Lead will identify resource constraints or other constraints for executing tasking and will work with the Office Chief Engineer to ensure technical performance is met.
The ideal candidate is a team player; but also, a strong independent contributor with strong leadership skills, demonstrated problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
$139,000.00 - $208,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
