Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Staff Engineer to support Vance AFB BOS contract in Enid, Oklahoma. The role involves coordinating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural work with in-house teams and field personnel.

The successful candidate will review designs, develop detailed drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, and prepare cost estimates and scheduling analyses. Entry-level experience is acceptable with strong communication skills and a US citizen or permanent resident status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office applications, and Adobe.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident, able to pass a government background check.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams.
• Perform technical reviews of design and construction deliverables for compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Gather and analyze data to prepare reports supporting decision making.
• Develop and analyze detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare cost estimates and schedule analyses.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and facilitating project meetings and site visits.
• Assist in QC oversight of field and programmatic activities.
• Support construction administration including review of RFIs and coordination with construction management.
