• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 to 10 years of related experience.
• Experience leading a sizable team of engineers.
• Ability to review customer requirements and act as primary customer contract.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects across domains.
• Provide technical leadership to a sizable team of engineers.
• Review and interpret customer requirements and act as primary customer contact when needed.
• Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and develop deployment plans.
• Coordinate site-wide deployment and manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Prepare calculations and generate designs with input from engineers and DFx reviews.
• Produce designs compliant with company procedures and client standards.
• Support manufacturing and finalize prints for production.
