Renesas Electronics seeks a Staff Marketing Specialist for U.S. OEMs to drive design-wins and revenue growth in the HPAC portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, FAE, and Product Management to translate complex power management solutions into compelling value for data centers, servers, and networking customers. You will develop materials, track opportunities, and influence cross-functional teams while traveling 10–20% to customer sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; 6+ years in business development, field applications engineering, product marketing, or similar roles with OEM/ODM customers.
• Demonstrated track record of supporting design-wins and driving revenue in enterprise or infrastructure markets.
• Experience engaging with U.S. Enterprise and/or Networking OEM customers in data center, server, networking, or computing markets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to explain technical power management concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% to support customer engagement and internal collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Engage directly with U.S. Enterprise and Networking OEM customers to understand requirements, identify design-win opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders; support executive-level engagement.
• Work with Sales, FAE, and Product Management to align resources around customer needs and drive design-wins.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing materials—presentations, competitive analyses, technical notes, and training resources.
• Monitor market trends and communicate findings to Product Management and leadership.
