Stryker is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer in Salt Lake City to lead the design and implementation of custom manufacturing equipment, workstations, tooling, and automation solutions that support production objectives.

You will develop and enhance manufacturing technologies to improve equipment performance, reliability, quality, and throughput, and you will mentor engineers on machine design principles and manufacturing methods.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical/Advanced Manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or equipment design.
• Experience with mechanical design and SolidWorks drawing creation.

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects by defining requirements, managing timelines, documenting progress, and recommending technical solutions.
• Design and execute engineering tests and validation activities; analyze data and present recommendations based on results.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, defect reduction, production efficiency, and achievement of manufacturing performance targets.
