Job summary

Dave is a virtual-first fintech company focused on affordable, transparent financial products for Americans living paycheck to paycheck. We seek a production ML lead to shape the strategy across credit, fraud, marketing and growth and to establish governance standards.

You will build credit models for underwriting, collections and settlement, and partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk on responsible AI while leading high-impact modeling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in production ML with staff-level leadership.
• Expertise in Python, SQL and statistical modeling.
• Experience with PyTorch/XGBoost/Spark.
