Job summary

Tilt, a remote-first company delivering fair credit with real-time signals, is seeking a senior platform engineer to own the interface between data science and infrastructure. You will split time across the feature store and the training/deployment platforms, enabling faster, more autonomous data science work.

You will push the move into deep learning and streaming models, standardize retraining, and extend monitoring for drift and serving health through dashboards used by data scientists.

• Own the platform layer between data science and infrastructure, splitting time between the managed feature store and training/deployment platforms.
• Drive the move into deep learning and streaming models while ensuring data scientists can move faster and more independently.
• Extend monitoring for drift, prediction quality, and serving health with dashboards data scientists use directly.
