As a Staff LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Evaluate and identify changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate steps
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting vital signs, and performing treatments
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with the healthcare team
Participate in care planning and development of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and families
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Licensed as an LPN
Previous experience in a long-term care facility
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Patient and emotionally mature individual
Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and collaborate as a team player
Competitive pay range of $28 - $30 per hour based on experience
