Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years coding experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or R.
• 2 years owning and initiating research agendas.
• Experience in healthcare research or clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Model evaluation of AI models on clinical tasks with automated benchmarks and human assessments.
• Publish research papers to demonstrate impact across teams.
• Build end-to-end health-focused AI models, including training workflows for clinical use.
• Develop agentic systems, e.g., assist prescription drafting based on patient data.
• Prototype and run simulations to test hypotheses and methodologies.
• Share research trends and practices to grow the team’s culture.
