You will guide engineering practices through code reviews, collaboration, mentorship, proof-of-concept work, and solving complex system issues across teams to raise technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software delivery experience with 5+ years in Java and Spring Boot, cloud solutions, and microservices/APIs
• Experience with CI/CD automation and Agile development; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Preference for experience with generative or agentic AI, healthcare, and full-stack technologies
