- 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale software in distributed environments.
- 5+ years Java/Spring Boot development.
- 5+ years cloud initiatives and microservices design.
- 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation.
- 3+ years Agile development environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting requirements.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture with architects and senior engineers.
- Provide input on feasibility, performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold standards.
- Communicate with team and contribute to decisions.
- Adopt best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and quality.
- Share knowledge via code reviews, talks, and workshops.
- Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and improve functionality.
- Mentor junior developers to grow their skills.
