You will create Proof of Concepts, collaborate with engineers, and drive delivery excellence while partnering with IT leaders to resolve complex issues.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years in enterprise software delivery, 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot, cloud initiatives, microservices, and CI/CD, in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software environment.
• 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot development experience.
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of Agile-based development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Assess feasibility, performance, and scalability to ensure objectives are met.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to align on decisions and technical insights.
• Adopt and promote new technologies and tooling to improve productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior developers to improve technical skills and growth.
