Wealthsimple is hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner with design, product, and engineering to build experiences our clients love. You’ll influence product direction, not just polish copy.

The role combines advanced content strategy with hands-on writing for complex topics while leveraging AI to boost impact. You’ll work across topics like options, margin trading, and other sophisticated financial matters, ensuring clarity

Qualifications

• Portfolio with 3+ case studies showing how writing and design improved UX and business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with product, design and engineering teams.
• Experience using AI to enhance content impact or enable others.

Responsibilities

• Write the hard stuff: options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures in clear terms.
• Work AI-first across the product lifecycle, including prototyping and research.
• Collaborate with product and design on initiatives to shape product direction.
• Create templates, patterns, content standards and workflows to scale content with AI.
