Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist in good standing in Ohio.
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

Conducts clinical reviews and therapeutic monitoring.

Performs centralized pharmacy operational tasks for Inpatient and hospital Ancillary departments, including final product verification and dispensing of sterile and non-sterile compounded drug products and hazardous drugs. Supervises and directs pharmacy technician, interns, and support personnel.
