Job summary

Hercules is seeking a senior or staff-level infrastructure engineer to help us build the future of AI software development. You will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure powering our AI Agent, App Builder, App Hosting, SDK, and Platform stacks in a data-rich, multi-tenant environment.

We expect you to own system design and API surfaces, write clean code in a monorepo, and continuously ship impactful changes that directly improve customer workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong background in scalable, data-intensive multi-tenant systems.
• Maintainable code in a large codebase and monorepos.
• Proven ability to independently ship impactful changes.
• Deep understanding of distributed infra and API design.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the infrastructure powering our AI software development stack.
• Support the AI Agent, App Builder, App Hosting, SDK, and Platform components.
• Ensure reliability and scalability for hundreds of thousands of apps and users.
