Wolt is seeking a Staff Engineer to be a hands-on technical leader for our global infrastructure. You’ll set direction for the platform, write production code, and help engineers make sound decisions across multiple teams and brands.

You’ll own challenging infra problems, drive GPU- related workloads awareness, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, reliable platform capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building and operating Kubernetes and AWS in production.
• Strong Go or Python programming skills for tooling.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead large initiatives across teams and align with business goals.
