Job summary

Keycard is hiring two staff-level Software Engineers, Infrastructure to own build, release, and operation of the control plane for agent-native infrastructure. You will manage BYOC deployments in customers' clouds, define compatibility and guardrails, and ensure reliability and security across multi-tenant deployments.

You will work with AWS, EKS, Pulumi, and Helm, and potentially expand to GCP and Azure. The role emphasizes automation, scalable pipelines, and close collaboration with customers

Qualifications

• Experience building infrastructure as software in production environments.
• Experience with multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and private cloud deployments.
• Ability to design and enforce guardrails like IAM, SCPs, network segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own build and release pipelines for the control plane and deployments.
• Operate customer-hosted deployments with security, reliability, and auditability.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, product, and customers to define rollout strategies.
• Build and run agents/infrastructure tooling to support BYOC and hosted deployments.
