Rate of Pay: $125,000 - $155,000 USD

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Integrated Development Network product team, responsible for operating and integrating cloud-based applications that serve as a core suite of tools supporting engineering, delivery, and product management. The role requires knowledge of web application operations, leadership skills, and familiarity with automation, integration, and development technologies, build environments, and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliable and accurate performance of systems and automation supporting Comtech's Terrestrial and Wireless SDLC.
• Lead and contribute to engineering efforts from planning to execution, addressing complex operational, integration, and support challenges for internal tools.
• Modernize automation processes, support additional processes, and transition to AI technologies for monitoring and implementation.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven monitoring, event management, and ticket resolution.
• Design and develop tooling, infrastructure, documentation, and training to promote best practices and compliance with ISO policies in SDLC.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience programming in Java.
• Strong understanding of SCM concepts and branching strategies.
• Experience with AI model training and deployment.
• Experience with Agentic AI deployments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Rest APIs and Atlassian Rest APIs.
• 3+ years’ experience working with Jira and Git.
• Experience with Gitlab Pipelines, Shell scripting, Perl, Forge, Atlassian SDKs, Bamboo, Artifactory, Perforce, Linux administration, networking, AWS, and Lambda are pluses.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years in operations or information management.
