• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define Harvey's multi-year identity and access strategy.
• Design and build identity systems from greenfield and production.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for scalable access controls.
• Extend identity models to non-human and agentic identities.
• Advise on design reviews and long-term roadmaps.
