Job summary

Tensordyne seeks a Hardware Design Engineer to own multiple hardware system engineering aspects for its AI products, including schematics, PCB layouts, mechanical interfaces, and bring-up activities. You will collaborate with ASIC, software, product, and operations teams to define requirements and drive development from lab bring-up to volume production.

The role requires a B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 7+ years of hardware experience, with hands-on capabilities in signal

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• 7+ years of hardware engineering experience with product-cycle involvement.
• Hands-on in schematic capture, PCB design, signal integrity, thermal and mechanical considerations.
• Experience with AVL management and collaboration with manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with EVT, DVT, PVT testing and certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple aspects of hardware system engineering for Tensordyne’s flagship AI products.
• Gather requirements and specifications from engineering, product and operations for hardware deliverables.
• Hands-on schematic capture, PCB layout and hardware bring-up around a complex AI ASIC.
• Plan for Compliance, Validation and FMEA analyses.
• Drive hardware parts selection and vendor qualification with manufacturing operations.
