Job summary

You'll prepare field logs, support technical reports and maps, collaborate with engineers and scientists, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining data quality and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Earth Sciences (required).
• Minimum 2 years of geological or environmental consulting experience, with DOE/DoD exposure (required).
• Licensed Professional Geologist (PG) certification preferred or eligible.
• Experience in geologic field investigations, environmental assessments, and subsurface analysis (required).
• Familiarity with ArcGIS and AutoCAD (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform geologic field investigations for DOE, DoD, and commercial projects.
• Assist in collection and analysis of geologic data for environmental and geotechnical projects.
• Prepare field logs and maintain records of geologic data.
• Contribute to technical reports, environmental assessments, and geologic maps.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and environmental scientists.
• Support drilling operations and monitoring well installations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
• Use ArcGIS and AutoCAD to assist in data analysis and reporting.
• Present findings to internal teams and clients.
