Job summary

Relha LLC is seeking a Staff Engineer - GenAI to lead the design, development, and deployment of a scalable enterprise GenAI platform. You will set technical direction for LLM-driven solutions, mentor engineers, and ensure adherence to safety, governance, and EA standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, prompt and context engineering, and building reusable pipelines to connect LLMs with enterprise data, systems, and services. A strong leadership track record is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressively complex experience building and scaling enterprise software systems with recent hands-on GenAI or Agentic AI exposure.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques and transformer models; experience integrating LLMs in enterprise apps.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel and related GenAI tools.
• Excellent technical leadership and mentorship abilities with a focus on governance and safety.
• Experience delivering POCs and staying current with GenAI research and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of the enterprise GenAI platform with scalable, high-availability design.
• Provide architectural direction for GenAI projects and align with EA principles.
• Lead code reviews, prompt/context engineering reviews, and robust testing strategies.
• Build orchestration pipelines to integrate LLMs and agents with enterprise data sources.
• Drive GenAI lifecycle practices incl. evaluation, versioning, observability, and guardrails.
