Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on React or React Native development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React and a backend language.
• Experience leading team and cross-team design reviews; AI in product lifecycle.
• Experience with distributed, large-scale systems and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture of the Global Card product.
• Design and build for scale using full stack technologies (React, GraphQL, Java/Kotlin).
• Partner with product, design, analytics, and engineering to shape the Card roadmap.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews; raise engineering standards.
• Stay hands-on across TypeScript, React/React Native, Java/Kotlin, and Go.
