Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end delivery across all properties (site, emails, SMS, push, messages) enabled by AI.
• Governance & compliance stewardship for email governance and regulatory standards.
• Drive modernization of legacy messaging into an Enterprise Message Delivery platform.
• Build automations across workflows to avoid migrations.
• Lead vendor strategy for build vs buy decisions.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-domain architectural reviews in a high-availability setting.
• Promote best practices and stay current with industry trends.
• Design telemetry and analytics pipelines for real-time observability and data-driven optimization.
