• At least 7 years of software engineering and solution architecture.

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with LLM systems, including RAG or embeddings, prompt or plan tooling, and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end delivery architecture across all properties (site, emails, SMS, push, messages) enabled by AI.
• Governance & compliance stewardship with regulatory standards including UDAAP and state regulations.
• Drive platform convergence by modernizing legacy messaging into a unified Enterprise Message Delivery platform.
• Build automations across workflows and vendor strategy for build vs. buy decisions.
• Provide cross‑functional leadership and mentorship to engineering teams in a high‑availability environment.
• Develop telemetry and observability pipelines for real‑time visibility and data‑driven optimization.
