Job summary

Azira is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership across the Azira One platform. This senior IC role involves building scalable frontend and backend experiences, designing APIs, and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and SRE in a distributed US-based environment. The role emphasizes practical architecture, reliable delivery, and AI-driven product improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and build modern software products across front end and back end.
• Experience leading technically complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, services, data, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with distributed, global environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality product experiences across the front end and back end, writing production code and staying involved from design through deployment and iteration.
• Lead the technical delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple products, services, and teams.
• Shape architecture and integration of the Azira One platform, reducing fragmentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver scalable, intuitive analytics experiences.
• Design and evolve APIs, services, and data flows that are reliable and secure.
• Improve engineering standards for architecture, code quality, testing, and delivery.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar through code and architecture reviews.
