Job summary

Azira LLC is hiring a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to lead the Azira One platform across frontend and backend. This US-based, fully remote role reports to the Technical Manager, Engineering and collaborates with Product, Design, Data Science, and SRE.

You will own architecture decisions, build scalable APIs and services, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, globally distributed team. The position emphasizes measurable impact and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality product experiences across frontend and backend.
• Lead the technical delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning products and teams.
• Shape the architecture of the Azira One platform to reduce fragmentation.
• Partner with Product and Design to create scalable analytics experiences.
• Design and evolve APIs, services, and data flows for reliability and security.
• Improve engineering standards for architecture, testing, and delivery.
• Improve performance, observability, and security with the SRE team.
• Lead technical discovery and surface risks early.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical leadership.
• Champion responsible AI adoption across products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the US, India, and France.
