Experience with backend development combined with AI-focused frontend work is highly valued. You will design scalable architectures, lead technical execution, and collaborate with design, data science, and aviation experts to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post college work or entrepreneurial experience.
• End-to-end experience building all parts of software from front-end to back-end and cloud deployment.
• Ability to create intuitive, clean, professional products with minimal design influence.
• Strong understanding of how to implement and train AI systems into SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Build great software from requirements into reliable web and mobile applications.
• Create and manage backend infrastructure including database schemas, API architecture, and orchestration services.
• Lead end-to-end technical execution with ownership of the software lifecycle.
• Design architecture and tech stack balancing scalability, speed, and reliability.
• Contribute to the roadmap and prototype tools for aircraft performance and dispatch settings.
• Collaborate with design, data science, and aviation experts to enhance features.
• Utilize code-generation tech to improve productivity.
• Implement and productize ML/DL algorithms from AI research.
