Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL.
• Willingness to learn new technologies daily.
• Experience in an early-stage startup is a plus.
• Ability to own the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on a world-class Learning Management System with strong UX, adaptive learning, and engagement features.
• Apply generative AI to career services, resume generation, and interview training.
• Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to maximize student success.
• Create scalable content management to adapt curricula quickly.
• Build reliable data pipelines for data-driven decisions across teams.
