Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Must be familiar with React+Typescript frontend and one of the following backends: Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System with a focus on UX, adaptive learning, and engagement features.
• Apply generative AI to job-seeking processes, resume generation, and interview training.
• Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to maximize student success.
• Generate and maintain scalable content and curricula; build data pipelines for reliable analytics and decision-making.
